We offer assistance to families regarding a variety of issues including, but not limited to foster care, adoption, abuse and neglect, juvenile justice, education and troubled youth. We also provide information to child advocates and the general public through an online newsletter, our Web site and publications such as the Advocacy Guide, "Youth Rights and Responsibilities: A Handbook for North Carolina's Youth," and "You and the Juvenile Justice System."
