Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Wake County

Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies (HMHB) is a community organization that seeks to improve the lives of the children and families of Wake County. HMHB was founded in 1990 as a response to the high infant mortality rates in Wake County.

Today, we continue in our mission to reduce infant mortality rate, and have actively expanded our efforts to include working to prevent teen pregnancy and juvenile delinquency, collaborating with health and education systems and offering community support through various free services.
